Also, we are excited to announce that the Spring ’15 release has set a record for delivering features inspired by our customers and the IdeaExchange community, with more than 130 ideas.

Check out these six highlights from the Spring ’15 release to learn how you can engage with your customers in a whole new way. 

1. New Analytics Cloud is now available

The Salesforce Analytics Cloud is designed for everyone. Whether you are a business user, analyst, or developer, Analytics Cloud enables you to access any data, get answers to any questions, and act immediately, on any device. Now anyone can access powerful insights and let the data tell a story.

2. Duplicate Alerts and Blocking is now generally available

You can immediately improve the quality of your CRM data with real-time duplicate alerting, reporting, and blocking. Duplicate Alerts and Blocking checks for duplicates with new or edited accounts, contacts, and leads.

3. The Smart & Simple Console for Service is now more intuitive and streamlined

Agents can save time by working on multiple cases with the same issue at the same time. Also, the improved console features customizable sidebar components, smarter search functionality, and keyboard shortcuts to help reduce clicks. Resolve cases faster and improve agent productivity with a smarter console.

4. New Listening & Analytics for Social Studio lets you understand what’s being said about your company on social media

New Social Studio adds social listening and analytics capabilities to content marketing and engagement, all within a single application. Social Studio also extends social data across the Customer Success Platform: Marketers can run social campaigns and use social insights to drive marketing decisions. Service teams can surprise and delight customers with social customer care. Also, sales teams can find and connect to new customers faster with social lead generation.

5. New Community Management Console lets you monitor and manage communities more efficiently

The new Community Management Console includes Community Analytics, which enables community managers to track community growth and activity. Also included is Community Moderation, where community managers can quickly and easily review and address all flagged content in one location.

6. New Lightning Process Builder automates complex processes, improves productivity, and drives business forward

The Lightning Process Builder allows anyone to build enterprise workflows and visually automate complex processes in just a few clicks. From daily activities, such as sending follow up email reminders, to more complex processes, like employee onboarding, Lightning Process Builder helps companies go faster.
