Announcing the Winners of the 2015 Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards!

Each year at Dreamforce, we celebrate the successes of our consulting partner community with the Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards. These awards recognize the incredible work performed by our consulting partners and their dedication to delivering customer success. Our partners are an integral part of bringing Salesforce innovation to life and, as demonstrated by the award submissions, this past year was exceptional!

For 2015, we expanded the award categories and increased the number of awards to 14, to showcase the breadth and depth of of of our partners’ cutting-edge solutions. I am pleased to announce the following 2015 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award winners:

Innovative Cloud Solutions

  • Sales Cloud PwC helped Lenovo leverage Salesforce to transform their mid-market operation, creating a single global platform that closely connects business partners with key business functions across the globe.

  • Community Cloud7Summits created a first-of-its-kind Community for Plus Relocation that places transferees at the center of the moving experience, transforming the way the relocation industry interacts with their customers, partners and employees.

  • Service Cloud Accenture worked with Maersk Lines to develop new case management processes and applications for customer service agents in over 120 countries.

  • Marketing CloudPwC helped European Wax Center, a fast-growing retailer leveraging Salesforce across every major business function, to improve the customer experience for its guests and corporate services to its franchisees.

  • Analytics CloudWave6 worked with GE Capital to transform the way they sell, service, and market by engaging with a powerful multi-org global analytics solution.

  • App Cloud (formerly Salesforce1 Platform)Accenture collaborated with DHL to turn disruption into competitive advantage with a revolutionary supply chain risk-management solution.

Innovative Industry Solutions

  • Communications & Media IBM worked with Telus helping transform the customer experience and cut costs; and to did so against a backdrop of multiple fragmented legacy systems.

  • Financial ServicesCapgemini helped Zurich with their implementation of a new Underwriting Desktop to be used by Zurich’s more than 2,500 underwriting community members.

  • Healthcare & Life Sciences Cognizant collaborated with J&J Medical Devices in EMEA to deliver a world class Sales CRM solution, enabling their Sales teams to collaborate better and coordinate to deliver real customer value.

  • Manufacturing Acumen Solutions worked with Tyco to help implement a modern, flexible solution to manage the entire field service process from contract negotiation to product install to maintenance leveraging mobile capabilities.  

  • Retail & CPGDeloitte Digital worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev helping their international customers to connect through a 360° perspective e-commerce and support portal giving real-time insight on logistic optimization opportunities, with visibility into cross-functional lines of business.

  • Public Sector Bluewolf helped modernize the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJ DOL) unemployment appeals process.

  • Non-ProfitSumma worked with The United Way of Southwestern PA to help transform how the nonprofit organization interacts with donors and volunteers and provide a model for all United Ways worldwide.

Other Innovative Category

  • The Connected Partner Ecosystem – Deloitte Digital worked with Sky Italia helping them transform their customer engagement experience and drive one-to-one conversations.
